Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards; passed/able to pass ServSafe Alcohol and ServSafe Manager.
• Ability to conduct professional coaching/counseling sessions that result in measurable improvements.
• Must be professional, outgoing, energetic, self-motivated, and positive.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily sanitation audits and walk-throughs of restaurants to ensure cleanliness.
• Enforce proper food preparation and handling procedures.
• Lead and mentor staff through continuous on-the-job training.
• Regularly audit alcohol locations for compliance.
• Serve as the primary contact for health inspectors.
