Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of HACCP, GMPs, and food safety fundamentals is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent teamwork and communication required.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process quality checks (weights, pH, temperature, net content, appearance, packaging integrity).
• Verify CCPs, PRPs, and HACCP plan steps.
• Conduct allergen verifications, metal detector checks, ATP/environmental swabbing, and sanitation verification.
• Maintain accurate data recording on production and QA forms in real time.
• Review batch records, pre-op inspections, and line clearances; support SOP updates.
