Mama's Creations, Inc. is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Technician in New Jersey. This hands-on role supports daily food safety and quality checks and assists the Supervisor with training Associates to uphold Grandma Quality standards.

Responsibilities include pre-op inspections, sanitation verification, and maintaining FSQA records, with opportunities to participate in audits and root-cause analysis. Join a growing, consumer-driven manufacturer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in food safety preferred.
• 2+ years of FSQA or QA experience in food manufacturing.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, and basic microbiological concepts.

Position Summary

The Food Safety & Quality Technician acts as a hands-on resource for daily food safety and quality checks, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and Grandma Quality expectations. This role supports the Supervisor in training and guiding Associates.
