Kerry Group in Beloit, WI seeks a Food Safety & Quality Manager to lead FSQ programs, HACCP, GMP and regulatory readiness. This role partners with cross-functional teams to drive product safety and quality improvements while supporting product innovation. Travel 5-10%.

The Beloit site focuses on research and small batch trials; the successful candidate will oversee audits (FDA/CFIA), manage the QA team, implement Kerry standards (1KPS) and ensure timely corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or similar Science/Engineering.
• Knowledge and experience with relevant GFSI standards such as SQF, BRC, IFS or FS 22000.
• Minimum 4-10 years of quality experience and/or training.
• Experience managing quality and food safety systems.
• Experience in a plant environment strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Food Safety: Ensure effective food safety compliance and work with Beloit facilities team to implement programs to mitigate risk.
• Quality Systems: Develop and maintain food safety and quality systems including QC & QA; audit against global standards and site procedures.
• Compliance: Enforce Kerry standards and regulatory compliance; lead regulatory inspections (FDA/CFIA) and customer audits.
• Quality Improvement: Implement Kerry Performance Standards (1KPS) and drive KPIs via root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Customer Satisfaction: Address complaints and communicate on technical issues; verify corrective actions.
