You will participate in challenging projects, final presentations to senior executives, and professional development opportunities through an 11-week program with networking events and leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Progress toward a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Nutrition/Culinary Science.
• Engineering tracks (Agricultural, Biotechnology, Chemical) are eligible.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Projects focus across the supply chain from procurement to manufacturing.
• Exposure to product development and vendor quality standards.
• Opportunities to engage in merchandising and store operations.
• Learn government standards for facility and product compliance.
