Protein Management Group in Ponca City, OK is seeking a QA data clerk to support the Quality Assurance department by compiling data and preparing reports for management, suppliers and customers.

You will maintain records, monitor foreign material logs, and help ensure product quality and food safety compliance in a refrigerated manufacturing setting. A high school diploma is required; a degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Degree preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent Communications skills

Responsabilités

• Compile and analyze information to support the Quality Assurance department.
• Provide support to FSQS personnel ensuring product quality and food safety program compliance by compiling data and completing appropriate reports.
• Maintain records and filing and the foreign material log; send accurate daily/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly reports to management, suppliers and customers.
