Job summary

Mentor Technical Group, a leading life sciences engineering firm, seeks a Food Service & Quality Assurance Manager in Jacksonville, NC. You will oversee HACCP, GMP, and food safety programs, ensuring compliance with client requirements and federal regulations.

You will lead audits, training, and corrective actions, collaborating with operations and client teams to deliver safe, high‑quality products. Supervisory experience (4–6 years) is required, with ServSafe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Hospitality, Food Science, or related field (Education or Equivalent Experience).
• ServSafe certification required or preferred.
• 4-6 years of supervisory/managerial experience in food safety or quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate HACCP and food safety standards, policies, and training materials.
• Ensure contractual compliance with Government APLs and client requirements.
• Provide guidance to regional management and client representatives on food safety emergencies and issues.
• Monitor quality assurance audits and corrective actions; lead training on safety programs.
