We are currently expanding our operations in Caseyville with a $181 million investment to add 7 new state-of-the-art production lines to our current 4 lines.
This expansion features automated warehousing and robotics, making the facility a Flagship of the Prepared Foods division. The facility currently produces Jimmy Dean and Hillshire branded retail products, and the expansion will enhance our capabilities.

Summary:
This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with product quality standards, verifying production paperwork, conducting floor checks, performing GMP and housekeeping audits, and providing food safety training to team members. The position requires judgment, prioritization, and coordination skills, and focuses on food safety, quality, and legality.
Requirements:
Relocation assistance is available. Work shift: 3rd shift. Pay range: $53,000 - $98,000. Incentives include annual plans; long-term incentives are not offered. Compensation may vary based on various factors.
