SUMMARY :

This job is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards of products produced. Other responsibilities include: production paperwork verification; production floor checks; performing GMP and housekeeping audits.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Team Member food safety training.
  • Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results, and coordinating with others.
  • This position is responsible for food safety, food quality, and legality.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Education : High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Experience : 2+ years FSQA experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred. HACCP certified preferred; must have broad knowledge of HACCP, USDA GMP, SSOPs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Supervisory : This position supervises a small group of personnel performing similar tasks.
  • Travel : As needed.
  • Relocation Assistance Eligible.
  • Work Shift: 2ND SHIFT (United States of America).
