Wild Fork is seeking a dedicated FSQA Specialist for our Food Distribution Center. You will ensure incoming, stored, and outbound products meet FDA/USDA and SQF/GFSI standards, driving quality and food safety across the operation.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Food Science, Microbiology, Animal Science, or similar).
• 1–3 years FSQA experience in distribution/manufacturing or protein/seafood ops preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, SQF/GFSI, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze trends, manage logs, and interpret microbiological results.
• Proficient in MS 365 for data analysis, charts, and pivot tables.
• Clear written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Regulatory compliance — ensure FDA/USDA/state/local standards and SQF/GFSI compliance.
• Receiving verification — inspect inbound trailers, temperatures, labeling, and docs.
• Audits & certification — assist with internal audits, CAPAs, and documentation.
• Incident & recall — support recall activities, investigations, and corrective actions.
• HACCP & preventive controls — assist with plan updates and monitoring.
• Training & cross‑functional collaboration — deliver GMP and sanitation training; partner with warehouse teams.
