Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Food Safety Specialist to support hotel, restaurant and grocery clients in upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will conduct audits, observe safety practices, and partner with clients to implement corrective actions.

The role requires travel 50-70% with some evenings and weekends, and a focus on strong knowledge of food safety and relevant certifications to protect people and brands.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food safety is preferred.
• ServSafe and/or CP-FS Certification(s) a plus.
• Excellent listening, organization, communication and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments that measure conformity to established regulatory, industry, and proprietary brand standards for clients.
• Observe food prep and cooking standards to ensure food safety, health, and sanitation practices.
• Partner with clients to address root causes of assessment discrepancies and develop corrective action plans.
• Teach and coach clients how to make their workplace safer and healthier for their customers.
• Travel 50%-70%, or 8-10 days per month, including some evening and weekend work.
