Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company is seeking team members for seasonal on-site dining and service at Snowshoe Mountain. Responsibilities include delivering food, maintaining clean work areas, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service throughout the shift.

• Deliver food from the expo counter to customers, ensuring orders are complete and correct.
• Keep the work area clean and stock essential items.
• Complete all side work and collaborate with the team.
• Address complaints promptly and follow correct procedures.
• Communicate effectively with Front of House and Back of House staff.
