Job summary

Yellowstone Club is seeking a Food Runner for the upcoming winter season in Big Sky, Montana. The role supports restaurant operations, delivers meals to Members and guests, and ensures service standards and presentation are maintained.

The position requires three months of restaurant service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume setting and includes a pre-employment background check. Seasonal employment with benefits is offered to support a premier guest experience.

Qualifications

• Three (3) months of restaurant service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required.
• Applicant must complete pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Support restaurant operations by aiding in delivering food to Members and guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner
• Deliver food and beverages in an efficient manner while carrying the appropriate and designated equipment
• Communicate clearly with the front of house and kitchen staff
• Assist in serving orders to members and guests
• Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and presentation
• Responsible for bussing of tables and assisting with glassware upkeep
• Maintaining a clean, organized dining area and work station
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by leadership
