Canyon Ranch is hiring a Food Runner for our Spicewood, TX location. The role supports dining by delivering orders quickly, accurately, and with presentation from kitchen to guests, linking culinary and service teams in a luxury hospitality setting.

We offer flexible part-time and full-time options, with shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Expect to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active throughout shifts; pay starts at $20.67/hour and benefits begin after 30 days.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

The Food Runner at Canyon Ranch Austin is responsible for supporting the dining experience by delivering food orders quickly, accurately, and with exceptional presentation from the kitchen to guests. This role serves as a vital connection between the culinary and service teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient restaurant operations in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.

• Deliver food orders accurately and promptly while ensuring proper presentation and quality standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient service and a seamless guest experience.
• Ensure all dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests are followed with careful attention to detail.
• Assist with table maintenance, clearing, resetting, and supporting servers as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations and food running areas.
• Support opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and restocking of supplies.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and warm hospitality while effectively communicating with a variety of guests.
• Part-time and full-time positions available with flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 3-12 months restaurant (non fast food) experience preferred.
• Position requires regular lifting of up to 40 lbs and the ability to remain active throughout shifts.

The pay rate for this position starts at $20.67/hour.
