Job summary

Canyon Ranch Austin is hiring a Food Runner to support the dining experience in a luxury hospitality setting. You will deliver food to guests quickly and accurately, ensuring exceptional presentation from kitchen to table. The role connects culinary and service teams to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment. Fall 2026 start; part-time and full-time shifts available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

The Food Runner at Canyon Ranch Austin is responsible for supporting the dining experience by delivering food orders quickly, accurately, and with exceptional presentation from the kitchen to guests. This role serves as a vital connection between the culinary and service teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient restaurant operations in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.

• Deliver food orders accurately and promptly while ensuring proper presentation and quality standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient service and a seamless guest experience.
• Ensure all dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests are followed with careful attention to detail.
• Assist with table maintenance, clearing, resetting, and supporting servers as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations and food running areas.
• Support opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and restocking of supplies.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and warm hospitality while effectively communicating with a variety of guests.
• Part-time and full-time positions available with flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 3-12 months restaurant (non fast food) experience preferred.
• Position requires regular lifting of up to 40 lbs and the ability to remain active throughout shifts.

The pay rate for this position starts at $20.67/hour.
