Join the Food and Beverage team at Shades at the beautiful Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace! This 1000+ room property is connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs and offers luxury suites and amenities for magical vacations. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has experience in food service, and has at least 6 months working in a guest/customer-facing role.

Shift Pattern: 8-Hour Shift between 10AM - 10:30PM

Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Runner, your tasks include:

• Preparing and replenishing foods for buffets (fruit, juices, cereals, bread, hot foods)
• Replenishing ice and maintaining sanitation standards
• Transporting food to and from the kitchen
• Checking, maintaining, and controlling food inventory
• Restocking outlets, breaking down buffets, cleaning, and setting up for the next day
• Performing general cleaning to ensure a clean work area
• Storing food and dry goods properly
