Responsibilities

• Assist servers with table setup and clearing, refilling water, and removing used dishes.
• Provide timely and attentive support to servers during service periods, including delivering food and beverages to tables and addressing guest requests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to time food and beverage service for accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including cleaning and sanitizing tables and floors.
• Monitor and replenish supplies to ensure servers have what they need.
• Communicate guest feedback and requests to servers, kitchen staff, and management.
