Job summary

Chili's in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Food Runner to help deliver a welcoming dining experience. You will connect with guests and fellow Team Members, sharing passion for great hospitality and food.

This role offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a fast-paced environment where quick thinking and a positive attitude matter. Weekend and holiday availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
• Keep the tables free of dirty dishes through pre‑bussing any empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plate ware, silverware, etc.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
