Responsibilities include relaying information between management, kitchen staff, servers, and customers, assisting during busy hours, and performing various tasks to ensure high-quality service.

- Setting up garnishes, assembling trays, and stocking bread
- Polishing silverware
- Setting up and breaking down your station
- Assisting with guest requests and serving food if needed
- Busing duties and dish removal
