Responsibilities

• Deliver food promptly from kitchen to tables or rooms.
• Clarify special requests with kitchen and communicate to servers.
• Coordinate with servers on timing of dishes and orders.
• Perform opening and closing side work efficiently.
• Assist bussers with clearing tables and restocking dining materials.
• Be knowledgeable about current daily specials and Gulfstream Park amenities.
• Adhere to department SOPs, uniforms, and safety policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and prioritize safety.
