Overview

The Masa & Agave Food Runner expedites food service and assists with table preparation to enhance service speed and guest satisfaction. Anticipate guest needs, provide exceptional service, recognize guests by name when possible, and offer a warm welcome and farewell.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Clear dirty tables promptly and reset with appropriate service ware.
2. Maintain cleanliness and stock of stations, including silverware, linens, and condiments.
3. Serve beverages, bread, and butter, and replenish as needed.
4. Transport used tableware to the dishwashing area.
5. Adhere to attendance policies and be available to work regularly.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Knowledge of proper table settings and service ware.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to move or push goods weighing up to 150 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Adapt communication style to different audiences, including supervisors, coworkers, and guests.

Compensation

Salary Range: $13.00/hourly. Tipped/service charge eligible. No discretionary performance bonus.
