The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is seeking a part-time Food Runner to join their Food & Beverage team. This 976-room property offers guests an elevated experience that redefines Southern Hospitality. Ideal candidates have upscale high-volume restaurant experience. Hotel experience is preferred but not required. We seek someone with a sense of urgency and dependability.

Shift Pattern: Typical PM shifts from 4-11pm. Weekend and holiday availability required.

Pay Rate: $12.25 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for maintaining and transporting food products for designated outlets, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specific responsibilities include:

• Preparing and replenishing foods for buffets, including fruits, juices, cereals, bread, hot foods, etc.
• Replenishing ice and maintaining sanitation standards for time and temperature control
• Transporting food items to and from the kitchen
• Checking, maintaining, and controlling inventory of food items
• Restocking outlets, breaking down and cleaning buffets for the next day
• Performing general cleaning to maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Storing food stock and dry goods according to standards
