Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is seeking an On Call Noe Food Runner with a passion for excellence. You will support the Food Server by delivering food from the kitchen to guests and handling guest requests in a luxury resort setting.

Requirements include fluent English, at least 1 year in a similar role, and strong communication and computer skills. This on-site position offers benefits and meal provisions for team members.

• Candidates should have at least 1 year previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment.
• Must be experienced in the areas of communication and computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
• Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations.

The Noe Food Runner reports to the Noe General Manager and serves guest needs by assisting the Food Server with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests.

What you will do:
