Job summary

Four Seasons in Puerto Rico is seeking a friendly food and beverage service professional to assist the Food Server in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will help deliver orders, clear tables, and restock stations while maintaining Four Seasons standards. The role requires a positive attitude, basic service skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy setting.

Qualifications

• Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Minimum one-year food and beverage service or equivalent.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
• Basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and setup of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service, greet guests.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond promptly to concerns and requests.
• Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; help prepare toast, soup, or beverages.
• Assist in breakdown, cleaning and setup of buffets and food stations.
• Follow Four Seasons' work rules and standards of conduct as outlined in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

About the role

Serve guest needs by assisting the Food Server with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests .

What you will do

• Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness. (30%)
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china , glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service. (15%)
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests . (15%)
• Assist in stocking linens, china , glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages . (10%)
• Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations . (10%)
• Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact . (10%)
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors . (10%)

What you will bring
