Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Food Expeditor Runner to join our team at Pier House Resort and Spa in Key West, FL. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering food promptly, presenting meals attractively, and supporting wait staff while staying knowledgeable about hotel decor and local recommendations.

Minimum High School education and at least 1 year in a hotel/restaurant service role are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant service role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders for guests based on restaurant needs.
• Ensure all food is properly presented prior to running it out to a guest and that guests have all they need.
• Assist with bussing tables.
• Be knowledgeable about art and decor in the hotel and be able to speak on them.
• Speak knowledgeably about local spots to recommend.
