Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Food Expeditor Runner to join our Pier House Resort and Spa team in Key West, FL. This full-time position supports the dining room by expediting orders, ensuring accuracy and presentation, and assisting servers as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma and one year in hotel/restaurant service. We offer daily pay, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) match, and opportunities for career growth within SHG.

• Minimum of one year in hotel/restaurant service role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders for guests based on restaurant needs.
• Ensure all food is properly presented prior to running it out to a guest and ensures guests have all they need.
• Assists with bussing tables.
• Be familiar with the hotel decor and be able to speak on them.
• Speak about local spots to recommend to guests.
• Complete side work duties.
• Assist wait staff as needed.
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
