Receives food items and materials from the storeroom and delivers them to cooks. Responsible for all items received, visually inspects all items, and reports any discrepancies to a supervisor. Ensures all items are in good condition and received and requested in a timely and accurate manner. Obtains and distributes supplies as needed. Must be mobile in all hotel areas.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform the job.
