Job Duties

• Assists Food Servers and Bartenders in providing food service to guests.
• Delivers food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables efficiently and courteously.
• Communicates in a friendly, respectful, and clear manner. Provides accurate information and seeks answers when unsure.
• Obtains and distributes supplies as needed in a timely manner.
• Removes dishes, silverware, and condiments after guests have finished their meals.
• Adheres to kitchen sanitation standards and health regulations at all times.
• Provides Family Style Service consistently.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to navigate quickly and efficiently between locations.
• Must meet customer service standards of the department.
• Knowledge of the Casino Control Act, Attendant Regulations, and company policies and procedures.
