Job summary

SaddleBrooke Two, a 55+ active lifestyle community in the Catalina foothills, is seeking a food runner for the Catalina Area. This part-time role focuses on facilitating timely food service, ensuring appearance and quality before leaving the kitchen, and verifying orders before transport to tables.

The ideal candidate has restaurant experience, a Food Handler’s Card, and strong customer service skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and carry trays up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least one year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Food Handler’s Card.
• Demonstrate speed and efficiency in tasks.
• Follow directions accurately.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Remain calm under stressful situations.
• Carry trays up to 35 lbs and stand long hours.

Responsibilities

• Taking out food in a timely manner and correctly reading tickets and numbers to give out food.
• Taking directions from supervisory staff to promptly get food to the correct ticket.
• Maintain cleanliness around your area and restock low stock items.
