Job summary
BALLERINA RESTAURANT INC in Bal Harbour, FL is seeking a Food Runner to join our busy team. You will bridge the kitchen and front-of-house, deliver meals, clear tables, and help maintain a smooth dining experience.
Ideal candidates are friendly, able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to stand long shifts, and available for evenings and weekends. Prior bussing or barback experience is a plus, and familiarity with food safety guidelines is expected.
Qualifications
- Experience in fast-paced restaurant environments preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Friendly and outgoing personality essential.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve meals and drinks to customers efficiently.
- Communicate food orders to kitchen staff.
- Refill drinks and maintain table cleanliness.
- Wipe and reset tables between guests.
- Remove used dishes and silverware from tables.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Assist front-of-house and back-of-house teams as needed.
