Job summary

River City Casino & Hotel is seeking a Food Runner to join our dining team. You will deliver fast, friendly service to restaurant guests, assist wait staff with tray service, and help maintain clean dining areas. Candidates should have strong customer service/communication skills and be fluent in English.

Starting compensation is competitive, with a base rate of up to $18.00 per hour plus tips. Shifts run 11am–5pm or 4pm–close, and applicants must be 18+.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, professional guest service to restaurant guests and staff.
• Set tables with dishes, linens, and flatware as required.
• Ensure clean china, silverware, and glassware are available to guests on request.
• Attend to customer needs promptly and courteously.
• Assist wait staff with tray service as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality in all company matters.
