Job summary

The Lake Club Grande Clubhouse in Bradenton, FL, is hiring a full-time Food Runner to join Troon Golf. The role focuses on supporting servers, maintaining clean service stations, and delivering food to tables while adhering to exact specifications and safety standards.

Compensation is $12.00 per hour with a schedule that includes Wednesdays through Saturdays, starting in late September. Benefits include healthcare, a 401(k) with employer match, and eligibility for service charge.

Qualifications

• One-month related experience or training.
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, cleanliness and neatness.
• Regular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assures that all material used by server is clean and ready for daily operation.
• Organizes the plates in the window and matches each one with each ticket to run the food out to the tables.
• Sets tables in accordance with Troon Golf standards.
• Keeps workstations well stocked of items and ingredients.
• Clean workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
