Responsibilities

• Assists servers by ensuring all material for service is clean and ready.
• Keeps dining areas stocked and organized for efficient service.
• Sets tables and maintains Troon Golf standards in layout and appearance.
• Delivers food quickly and accurately in line with tickets and chef specs.
• Clears dishes and resets tables after guests leave and between courses.
• Maintains clean workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums dining room.
