Job summary

The Congress Lake Club in Hartville, OH, is seeking a Food Runner to support the dining team. The successful candidate will set up tables, deliver meals, and assist in maintaining a high-quality dining experience for members and guests.

You will work across events and daily service, coordinating with banquet and dining staff to ensure accuracy, speed, and courtesy during busy shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Set up dining areas for events and daily service.
• Deliver food to tables accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate between Front of House and Back of House teams.
• Communicate orders, allergies, and special requests to kitchen staff.
• Maintain food safety standards and temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and prep of dining area for service.
• Deliver food orders from kitchen to members’ tables rapidly and accurately.
• Act as liaison between FOH and BOH teams.
• Communicate orders to chefs and respect priorities and requests.
• Ensure food is served at proper temperatures and sanitation standards.
• Clear and reset tables, remove dishes, and assist in bar area as needed.
• Assist in event setup and breakdown for banquets and club functions.
