Hard Rock Cafe Atlantic City is seeking a friendly Food Runner to support servers during busy shifts. You will deliver meals promptly, relay guest requests, and help maintain a warm, professional dining atmosphere.

The ideal candidate stays calm under pressure, stays organized, and shows a positive attitude toward guests and coworkers. You may cross-train with servers and bussers to ensure smooth service and clean dining areas.

Qualifications

• Remain calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere.
• Demonstrate a high level of organization, attention-to-detail and a sense-of-urgency.
• Display a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests quickly and efficiently.
• Deliver condiments and drinks as needed (to include alcoholic beverages).
• Refill beverages as needed. Respond to guest inquiries in a courteous and polite manner.
• Promptly and professionally, handle guest issues and communicates problems and concern to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized server alley and expo area.
• Stock ice and glassware on the server line.
• Pre-buss tables.
• Clean and reset dirty tables.
• Sweep the floor.
• Assist and communicate clearly with the kitchen staff and front of the house staff.
