Job summary

Harri is seeking a hospitality-minded team member to professionally serve and upsell food and beverages, including alcoholic offerings, while maintaining high production standards and guest satisfaction.

You will deliver orders promptly, ensure accurate presentation and portioning, and keep the dining area organized. The role requires flexibility for late shifts and a strong command of English in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with liquor service certification.
• Late-night shifts required (12 AM–3 AM).
• English fluency in reading, writing and speaking.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Describe and sell all items on the food and beverage menus.
• Deliver beverages and food efficiently while engaging guests.
• Maintain proper plate presentation, portioning, and recipe adherence.
• Keep tables clean and ready for new guests.
• Stock supplies and support both FOH and BOH priorities.
• Work well under pressure and follow managers' directions.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
