Job summary

Troon’s Tuckers Cove Town Center in Punta Gorda, FL seeks a Food Runner/Expo to support servers, ensure correct plating, and maintain clean, inviting dining areas. The role requires readiness for a fast-paced hospitality setting and teamwork with the dining room staff.

Pay rate is $14.00 per hour with part-time and full-time opportunities. Beneficial candidates will show reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn to grow within the Troon organization.

Qualifications

• One-month related experience or training.
• Professionalism, cleanliness and neatness.
• Regular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up dining stations for servers and ensure cleanliness of service items.
• Know seating arrangements and position of diners in dining rooms and lounges.
• Set up outside line with plates, flatware, napkins, and linens for food delivery.
• Organize plates, match with tickets and deliver food to tables.
• Set tables per Troon Golf standards and verify menu item accuracy per ticket.
• Replenish water glasses and clear used items; reset tables after guests depart.
• Assist servers as needed and keep workstation stocked with items and ingredients.
• Maintain clean workstations, take out trash, and vacuum dining area.
• Follow safe work practices and perform other duties as required.
