The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch is a member only Country Club with a Chef driven kitchen, fine dining, Equestrian Center, Pool, Tennis and Pickleball, Fitness Center, Outfitters, River Club, and a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. The Clubs of Cordillera are seeking a full-time Food Runner/Expo to join our Food and Beverage team. We hire individuals that are committed to providing remarkable member experiences and changing the standard of hospitality. Responsibilities

• Maintains a neat, organized, and sanitary workstation.
• Prepping the expo line as needed.
• Understanding sequence of service steps, training is available.
• Ensuring food arrives to members in a timely manner, with proper plating.
• Ensuring all plates and supplies are properly cleaned and presentable for service with no defects.
• Having the necessary menu knowledge to assist members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
