Job summary

Prime Hospitality Group seeks an Expo-Food Runner to support Ruth's Chris Steak House locations. You will pick up food items for service staff and deliver meals to guests, helping maintain quality, timing, and presentation.

Under Sous Chef supervision, you’ll assist kitchen and service teams, manage station readiness, and ensure safety standards while delivering a positive dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Attention to detail in following recipes, plating, and presentation.
• Strong teamwork and communication with servers and kitchen staff.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to tables promptly and at the correct station, ensuring hot and appetizing plates.
• Coordinate timing with broil and pantry to serve hot and cold items correctly.
• Assist service staff to optimize guest dining experiences and maintain quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-line stations and work areas.
