Job summary

Prime Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Expo-Food Runner to support Ruth's Chris Steak House locations. You will pick up food orders, deliver meals to guests, and assist the kitchen and service teams to uphold quality, timing, and presentation.

Expect a fast-paced environment with a focus on excellence, teamwork, and guest satisfaction. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick up food for service staff and deliver meals to guests.
• Assist kitchen and service staff to maintain quality, presentation, and timing.
• Set up and restock front line equipment and smallwares throughout the shift.
• Read order tickets, monitor cooking times, and ensure proper plate presentation.
• Coordinate with broil and pantry stations to time hot and cold items correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards; report unsafe conditions.
