Summary

Job Description

Delivers food from the kitchens to the Comedy Club, refills, sets/resets, stocks, clears dishes, glassware, silverware, linens, condiments, beverages, napkin holders, and all related supplies. Provides excellent customer service to guests.

• Create a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment with flawless delivery and service.
• Promote positive interactions with co-workers and guests, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Demonstrate courteous, friendly, polite, and efficient attitude.
• Relay guest complaints/compliments to the appropriate supervisor.
• Adhere to company and departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Follow health & sanitation guidelines, including food and beverage policies.
• Maintain proper uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards.
• Prepare food orders, set trays, and transport items to service areas.
• Complete all setup, stocking, and closing duties timely.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat, and grasp.
• Capable of standing for eight hours and lifting trays or tubs up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to work under high-pressure, fast-paced conditions.
• Shift work includes weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication skills with guests, co-workers, and management.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; or 1-3 months related experience or training; or equivalent.
