Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a tidy dining area.
• Clean surfaces, chairs, and floors around tables after guests leave to prepare for the next seating.
• Assist with filling water glasses and refilling guest beverages as needed.
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables accurately and in a timely manner.
• Confirm with servers and kitchen staff that each dish meets presentation and quality standards before delivery.
• Explain dishes to guests and maintain knowledge of the menu.
• Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Respond to guest requests or refer them to servers or management.
• Proactively address guest needs to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness, sanitation, and trash disposal.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and hygiene practices.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and end-of-shift tasks.
• Work with team to ensure smooth service flow and accurate food delivery.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
