Job summary

Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa is seeking a Food Runner / Busser to support our dining room team. You will deliver orders with care, help servers and culinary staff, and ensure a clean, inviting dining environment for our guests.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, strong English communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel setting. The role involves evenings, weekends, and holiday coverage, with opportunities for growth within the Westin hotel family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior hospitality or customer service experience helpful.
• Fluent English required; additional language skills a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders accurately and promptly from the kitchen to guests.
• Assist servers and culinary teams to meet guest requests and dietary needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, stations, and service spaces.
• Set up dining rooms, patios, and service stations before service periods; reset tables quickly between guests.
• Support banquet, pool, in-room dining, and special events as needed.
