Job summary

Grazianos Group is seeking a friendly server to greet customers, take orders, and deliver food and beverages in Sunset Corners, FL. You will handle payments, operate POS systems, and maintain a clean dining area while assisting with stocking and general duties.

The role requires completing a restaurant training course and prior server experience is preferred. Availability includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous server experience preferred.
• Must successfully complete restaurant training course.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming customers, answer phone calls, and respond to questions.
• Receive payments by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
• Issue refunds or credits with manager approval.
• Count cash drawers at start of shift to ensure accuracy and enough change.
• Prepare and serve beverages to patrons and customize orders as requested.
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
• Take and deliver food and beverages to tables.
• Ensure meals are prepared correctly and to customer satisfaction.
• Assist with stocking and restocking stations; clear tables and remove dishes.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide information as needed.
