Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group seeks a Food Runner/Barback to join the Two Trees Inn team for its Grand Reopening. You will deliver food, stock bar supplies, and maintain tables and service areas to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys fast-paced hospitality, and can work both in a team and independently with a positive attitude. Full-time, on-site role with benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately while maintaining presentation standards.
• Support bartenders by stocking bar supplies, glassware, garnishes, and ice as needed.
• Assist servers with table maintenance, including clearing and resetting tables.
• Help set up tables with appropriate tableware, utensils, napkins, and other service items.
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly to maintain a clean dining environment.
• Ensure the dining room, bar area, and service stations remain clean and organized.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with restocking supplies and preparing service areas for upcoming shifts.
• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
• Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests when delivering food or assisting the service team

Food Runner / Barback Overview

We are seeking energetic and team-oriented individuals to join our restaurant team as a Food Runner / Barback. In this role, you will support both the restaurant and bar operations by ensuring food and beverages are delivered promptly, tables and service areas are maintained, and the service team has everything they need to provide an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment while contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
