Job summary

Great American Restaurants in Northern Virginia and Maryland is seeking an energetic Food Runner to join our team. You will deliver all food orders to guests in a timely, gracious manner and support kitchen operations, providing an exceptionally distinctive dining experience.

You will work with a team in a high-volume setting, deliver hospitality, and expand your knowledge of our menu. We offer paid training, competitive starting pay, health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan based on eligibility.

Our Food Runners are dedicated professionals who work as a team to bring our amazing food from the grill to the guests and provide them with an exceptionally distinctive dining experience!

Food Runners earn $18+ per hour

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Providing excellent hospitality and a one-of-a-kind dining experience to our guests
• Delivering all food orders to guests in a timely and gracious manner
• Providing support for kitchen operations and being the final set of eyes on food as it leaves the kitchen
• Following recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guest's expectations
• Having outstanding menu knowledge
