Job summary

Bowlero is seeking a dedicated Food Runner in Tennessee to deliver food and beverage orders while ensuring a clean and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. This part-time role requires evening and night shifts, offering a fun work environment with perks such as free bowling, discounted food & beverages, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a position.
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guests’ food & beverage orders.
• Work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are taken and prepared accurately.
• Learn menu, promotions, and weekly specials to relay to guests.
• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Promote responsible alcohol sales and service.

WHAT OUR FOOD RUNNERS DO

Our Food Runners take and fulfill food and drink orders (sometimes liaising with a lane server/captain, sometimes going directly to the guest) and do their part to help maintain the overall cleanliness of the center and ensure the guest experience is the absolute best it can be.

A FOOD RUNNER’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Deliver guests’ food & beverage orders
• Work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are taken and prepared accurately and swiftly
• Learn our menu, promotions, and weekly specials and relay them to our guests
• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage
• Help keep the center clean
• Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations

WHAT IT TAKES

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
