Position Summary

Delivers food to the correct guests quickly and accurately while protecting presentation, temperature, allergy procedures, and communication between the kitchen and dining room.

Essential Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the expo, pickup, tray, utensil, and condiment areas.
• Review tickets and confirm table number, seat position, modifiers, completeness, and presentation before leaving the pass.
• Deliver food promptly, announce each dish professionally, and use safe handling practices for hot plates and trays.
• Follow allergy-alert and special-request procedures without making guarantees or unauthorized substitutions.
• Communicate missing, delayed, incorrect, or returned items immediately to kitchen staff, the assigned server, and management when appropriate.
• Assist with approved table maintenance and notify the server of guest requests or follow-up needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and unobstructed pickup and service areas; report spills, burns, breakage, and hazards immediately.
• Complete opening, running, side-work, and closing duties before manager checkout.

Schedule Expectations

Physical and Work Environment

Stand and walk continuously; balance and carry trays or multiple plates; bend, reach, and lift up to 35 pounds; work near ovens, hot food, crowded aisles, and slippery surfaces.
