Job summary

Ruth's Chris Steak House in Seattle is seeking a friendly Food Runner to help deliver hot, beautifully presented meals and ensure accuracy for every Guest order. You’ll partner with our servers and kitchen staff to maintain perfect timing and a high-quality dining experience.

You will contribute to a legendary guest experience, supporting the dining team and ensuring guest satisfaction. Eligibility for benefits starts with a 30-hour workweek, reflecting our commitment to our employees' growth

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing guests receive exactly what they ordered and as requested.
• Assist servers as needed to optimize the guest dining experience and timing.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to track orders and plate presentation for quality and speed.
• Maintain a guest-first mindset and contribute to a legendary hospitality experience.

This role and you are the perfect pairing if you can:

• Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders, checking finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation.
• Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every Guest receives exactly what they’ve ordered, just the way they like it.
• Support the Server as needed to optimize the Guest's dining experience.
• Demonstrate a Guest first mindset, placing a high priority on the Guest experience.
