JOB SUMMARY

The Food Runner bridges the kitchen and dining room at the outlets of the property, delivering food accurately and promptly so guests enjoy dishes at their best. This role expedites orders, ensures presentation and accuracy, and supports servers throughout service. The Food Runner contributes directly to timing, quality, and the guest experience. Working closely with the kitchen and service team, this position keeps food moving smoothly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Required Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Language requirements are confirmed by property at the time of posting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification as required by the applicable jurisdiction.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on occupancy.
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual ability appropriate to the property's guests.
• Knowledge of menu items and presentation.

FUNDAMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• Stand and walk for the majority of a shift.
• Carry trays and lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Frequently bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
• Work in a fast-paced environment during peak service.
• Move between hot kitchen and dining areas, including outdoors with exposure to heat and sun consistent with the property's climate.
